Terms of Service
Last modified: October 11, 2026 • Effective upon registration or platform access
01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pulse Datastream ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and usage of our data monetization tools, advisor dashboard, wallet infrastructure, and related APIs.
By registering an advisor or business account, submitting customer leads, authorizing commercial data flows, or browsing our web properties, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
02 Commercial Data Monetization & Eligibility
Pulse Datastream facilitates the aggregation and analysis of eligible non-personal commercial operational metadata generated by small and mid-sized enterprises across participating industry sectors (e.g. Roofing, Restaurants, Medical Practices, and Retailers).
03 Strict Zero PII Warranty
Customer and consumer trust is the cornerstone of Pulse Datastream. The Platform enforces a Zero PII Policy across all data processing and ingestion pipelines.
- Prohibited Data: Users, businesses, and advisors must never submit, upload, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including consumer full names, email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or patient healthcare records.
- Sanitization Protocol: Any data streams provided are automatically scrubbed, filtered, and aggregated prior to analytical processing.
04 Independent Advisor Network & Referrals
Pulse Datastream offers an Independent Advisor Program allowing participants to refer business owners and onboarding partners to the platform.
- Advisors act as independent contractors and are not employees, legal agents, or partners of Pulse Datastream.
- Advisors agree to accurately represent the platform and refrain from misleading income claims, spam, or unauthorized representations.
05 Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and multi-factor authentication (Google 2FA) keys. All transactions, wallet withdrawal requests, or configuration changes executed through authenticated accounts are deemed authorized by the account holder.
06 Commission Payouts & Wallets
Referral commissions and business monetization earnings are credited to the user's platform wallet in accordance with active program payout schedules.
Withdrawals are processed in USD via supported payment rails (Bank Wire/ACH, Stripe, PayPal, or eligible crypto payout rails) subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC identity verification requirements.
07 Intellectual Property
All software code, visual design elements, trademarks, data schemas, and documentation related to Pulse Datastream remain the exclusive property of Pulse Datastream and its licensors.
08 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, inject malicious code, harvest unauthorized data, engage in referral stuffing or fraudulent traffic generation, or circumvent compliance scrubbing filters.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse Datastream shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data delays, partner system downtime, or third-party banking gateway processing interruptions.
10 Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
